An Overseas Lead-Up to Asia On The Edge 2012

Generating Ideas was first launched as part of Asia on The Edge 2011 (AOTE), a festival that started in 2008 aimed towards creating a platform to highlight the latest trends, issues and artists in Asia, and as a gathering of like-minded individuals from the creative industries and the arts and cultural sectors in Asia.

Generating Ideas aims to serve as a catalyst for the development of new content from the creative communities of Asia.

Scheduled to be held from 16 - 18 March 2012, Generating Ideas will see to the meeting of 100 creative arts entrepreneurs in Cebu - the Philippines's creative city and a declared CITY OF CULTURE by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) - as a lead up to Asia On The Edge 2012.
